Stain & Scale Control

Description

SpaGuard’s Stain & Scale Control is an additive hot tub or spa product that helps to control the stain and scale within your hot tub or spa. This product is an easy additive to your regular hot tub and spa maintenance and works well with any type of sanitizer. It’s primary function is to prevent scale formation and cloudy water due to high calcium levels.

Proper Dosage: 1 fl oz per 300 gallons of water

Directions: 

1. Clean filter according to label directions for your type of filter using SpaGuard Filter Cleaner & Degreaser.
2. Pour entire dosage directly into the spa water with the pump on.
3. Keep pump operating for at least 2 hours. Some existing stains may be removed by brushing stain with a spa brush after application of Stain & Scale Control.
4. Weekly application of 1 oz. per 300 gallons is recommended to prevent scale and stains.
